Use the plans to define the work

Make site conditions part of pricing
Work outside normal trading hours, loading restrictions, high ceilings and shared areas may change how the project is delivered. Ask for the quote to identify framing, access equipment, protection, waste handling and finish requirements rather than relying on a single wall-area figure.
